Mazda’s alliance with Toyota
One of the most notable shareholders of Mazda is Toyota Motor Corporation. Toyota owns a 5.1% stake in Mazda, while Mazda owns a 0.25% stake in Toyota. The two companies have been working together since 2015 on various aspects of environmental technology, safety technology, and product development.
