Celebrate the end of 2025 at this Williamsburg omakase destination with a special 16-course holiday tasting menu featuring four appetizers, nine pieces of premium nigiri, soup, temaki, and a dessert. Le Jardinier will close out the year with two celebratory dinner offerings available from 5 p.m. – 10 p.m.. Guests may enjoy a 4-course prix fixe menu ($295 per guest) or indulge in the 6-course Nouvelle Année tasting menu ($450 per guest), available in both Le Jardinier and the upstairs dining room, Sereine. Ring in 2026 at Zuma New York as the restaurant transforms into a modern alpine retreat in honor of the opening of Zuma Vail, the brand’s newest U.S. destination. Guests can enjoy the full à la carte offerings or opt for the chef’s premium tasting menu, with three evening seatings: 6 p.m. with no minimum, 7:30 p.m.at $265 and up, and 9:15 p.m. at $315 and up. Head 60 floors above New York City at Manhatta’s NYE party starting at 8 p.m. For $495 per person, guests can dance the night away with live music, immersive experiences like tarot card readings, magic, and cigar rolling to pair with a dedicated Macallan whiskey bar, passed canapes, caviar and raw bar offerings, a champagne tower. Those who prefer to dine more formally can also enjoy executive Chef Michele Brogioni’s special six course menu with a champagne toast and entry to Manhatta’s NYE party for $695 per person. Two seatings at New York’s only revolving restaurant, on the 48th floor of the Marriott Marquis, will offer a four course menu with choices of truffle tagliatelle, lobster thermidor, stuffed honey squash and more for $455 per person. The the second seating (8:00 p.m.-9:30 p.m.) will offer a five course menu for $645 per person, including access to its New Year’s Eve Soirée in the upstairs bar and lounge. Kicking off at 9pm, the Soiree will include passed canapes, food stations, and desserts alongside an open bar, live music, and a champagne toast at midnight to welcome 2026 in true New York style for $550 per person. New to Hudson Square, this husband-and-wife run restaurant will offers an early seating (5:30 – 8:30 .m.) at $125 per person for four courses and a ball drop seating starting at 9:15 p.m. – 12:30 a.m. for $225 per person for five courses.
