Palm Royale, starring Kristen Wiig, Allison Janney, Laura Dern, Carol Burnett and Ricky Martin, is back this week with Season 2. What time does the hit comedy series begin streaming?
The official synopsis for the sophomore season of Palm Royale reads, “In season two, Maxine (Wiig) is left a social pariah after a scandalous public breakdown. She’ll have to draw on her deep well of cleverness and cunning to prove once and for all that not only does she belong, but she just might have what it takes to rule this town.
“Along the way she will uncover untold truths and finally understand what this town is truly built on … secrets, lies, and the occasional felony.”
Created by Abe Sylvia, Palm Royale also stars Josh Lucas, Amber Chardae Robinson, Kaia Gerber and Leslie Bibb. In addition, Patti LuPone and John Stamos are joining the cast of Palm Royale in Season 2.
Episode 1 of Palm Royale Season 2 begins streaming Wednesday, Nov. 12, on Apple TV. While Apple hasn’t announced what time Palm Royale Season 2, Episode 1 will begin streaming, new programming on the platform generally begins at 3 a.m. ET/12 a.m. PT on the day of release.

How Did Critics Receive Palm Royale Season 1?
The official summary for Palm Royale notes that the series “is a true underdog story that follows Maxine Simmons (Kristen Wiig) as she endeavors to break into Palm Beach high society. As Maxine attempts to cross that impermeable line between the haves and the have-nots, Palm Royale asks the same question that still baffles us today: ‘How much of yourself are you willing to sacrifice to get what someone else has?’
“Set during the powder keg year of 1969, Palm Royale is a testament to every outsider fighting for their chance to truly belong.”
Palm Royale Season 1 earned a 56% “rotten” score from Rotten Tomatoes critics based on 68 reviews. The RT Critics Consensus for the season reads, “Palm Royale‘s fabulous cast and visual splendor make for a diverting enough destination, but its wayward tone results in a curiously unfulfilling trip to paradise.”
Season 1 of Palm Royale also earned a 69% “fresh” rating on RT’s Popcornmeter based on 250-plus verified user ratings. There is no audience summary on RT for Palm Royale Season 1.
