- Elon Musk reveals that he is following the routine advised by a “good friend.”
- In a Tweet, he shared about his eating routine.
The Tesla king, Elon Musk, recently Tweeted about his eating routine that is advised by his friend on fasting periodically. He shared, “On the advice of a good friend, I’ve been fasting periodically & feel healthier.”
He furthermore recommended the fasting app ‘Zero.’ He mentioned ‘Zero’ as a ‘quite good’ fasting app. The app came with the advisory team of leading doctors and researchers in the world including Canadian Physician, Dr. Peter Attia, who guides over fasting protocols and content creation.
On the thread, when his followers asked him about his fitness routine and his weight loss journey, he answered “Over 20 lbs down from my (unhealthy) peak weight.”
The people become more curious about the fasting plans and their results, which were followed by Musk. Some of his followers asked him about his weight, while others wanted to know his diet schedule as well.
A ‘Good Friend’ of Musk
Now the question is who is the so-called friend who advised Musk on an eating plan? The guess over this turns towards the former CEO of Twitter, Jack Dorsey. On the other hand, there is no confirmation by his side over the name of Twitter CEO.
A user asked Musk, “Is that friend Jack Dorsey? He is big on the fasting trend. I find it ironic the things Americans do, are first-world problems. Meanwhile, we send money to those permanently and unwillingly on a fasting diet because there isn’t any food.” In 2020, Dorsey shared that he eats seven meals a week for dinner. So it’s just a prediction by Musk followers that it may be Dorsey.
