Waves Labs will seek to integrate Waves with leading blockchain protocols, increase awareness, and support projects on Waves with mentorship and funding.
A team of experts in crypto and fintech
Waves Labs has appointed senior leadership comprised of fintech and crypto experts. They hired Head of U.S. operations Aleks Rubin, Marketing Lead Jack Booth, Head of Ecosystem Coleman Maher, and V.P. of Finance and Operations Tiffany Phan.
The team boasts a history of success and a wealth of experience. Tiffany Phan previously led strategic finance at User Testing and managed an IPO worth $2 billion. Coleman Maher served as head of business development at Origin Protocol.
Jack Booth helmed partner and product marketing at Oasis Protocol (ROSE/USD) at a time when it underwent record growth. Ukrainian Sasha Ivanov, the founder and lead developer of WAVES, will serve as an advisor, focusing on technical know-know and strategic direction. He stated:
Waves Labs is a key component of the Waves plan to grow exponentially in 2022. Despite a period of record growth of our ecosystem, Waves still remains relatively unknown in the U.S. crypto space. With the founding of Waves Labs, the ecosystem fund, and the extremely talented team in place, I do not doubt that Waves will reach mass adoption in 2022 and beyond.
Aleks Rubin, a former banker with more than two decades of corporate finance experience, commented:
I am excited to lead this dynamic team as we expand visibility and enhance the utilization of Waves protocol in the North American market.
