Unlocked,’ Hosted By Winners Taylor Hale And Derrick Levasseur, Announced By CBS

The Big Brother universe is expanding on CBS.

If you can’t get enough of your summer obsession, mark your calendars for Big Brother: Unlocked, a bi-weekly companion series on CBS (and Paramount+) hosted by Big Brother winners Taylor Hale and Derrick Levasseur. It premieres Friday, July 25 at 8 p.m. ET.

The logline: Designed as the ultimate fan experience, Big Brother: Unlocked will offer a deep-dive into the current season, featuring never-before-seen broadcast footage, exclusive interviews, and behind-the-scenes access from inside the house.

The reality of this description: CBS is hoping to milk the success of the veteran Big Brother with segments such as “BB Fantasy Draft,” where you predict the players and gameplay with fan-favorite picks; “Big Move/Bad Move,” where you dissect the best and worst decisions of the week; and the most outrageous moments via “Binge Worthy or Cringe Worthy.”

The reaction to this announcement: For a lazy summer Friday, or for a diehard fan of Big Brother, consider Big Brother: Unlocked a welcome option.

So who can we expect to see?

Taylor, the season 24 winner (and first Black woman to win the season), and Derrick, the season 16 winner, will be joined by mystery celebrity guests and surprise alumni throughout the season. Jessie Godderz, is that you? Or Janelle Pierzina, Dan Gheesling, Will Kirby, Nicole Anthony, Danielle Reyes, Jun Song, Derek Xiao or Claire Rehfuss? Stay tuned.
