Two Of Taylor Swift’s Biggest Albums Celebrate Milestones Together

Even when Taylor Swift’s music falls on the charts, she still manages to have a great week. The singer-songwriter typically claims so many wins at a time that it’s impossible for her to fail to impress on one list or another.

Most of Swift’s albums that find space on the charts in the United Kingdom this time around decline from where they sat just days ago, but that doesn’t mean this is a disappointing period for her. Two titles reach impressive milestones at the same time, while one of the superstar’s most celebrated collections becomes a bestseller again.

Midnights Reaches Three Years on the Main Albums Chart

Midnights is down across a variety of tallies in the U.K., but this frame is notable for the Grammy-winning project on the Official Albums chart, which lists the 100 most-consumed full-lengths and EPs in the U.K. Midnights reaches 156 weeks, or three years, on the tally.

Midnights Joins Taylor Swift’s Most Popular Titles

Midnights is one of six albums by Swift to live on the most competitive roster for full-lengths in the U.K. for three years or more. The set follows 1989, Reputation, Lover, Folklore, and Evermore, which have all previously celebrated 156 weeks on the roster.

Reputation Hits 250 Weeks on the Albums Ranking

Midnights is not Swift’s only release that hits a milestone this period. Reputation long ago passed three years on the roster, and this time around it is up to 250 stays somewhere on the 100-spot tally.

Only four projects by Swift have racked up 250 turns on the Official Albums chart. Reputation becomes the fourth, trailing Folklore, Lover, and 1989.

Reputation And Midnights Decline Together

Reputation and Midnights have cause to celebrate this week, even as they drop across each and every tally. Reputation dips to No. 67 on the Official Albums chart, while Midnights falls more than 10 spaces to No. 75. Both studio efforts appear on at least one additional roster, and the blockbusters are on the downswing on each and every one of them.

Folklore Reenters Multiple Charts at the Same Time

Folklore doesn’t make it to a new landmark figure, but the Grammy-winning full-length manages to stand out nonetheless. Folklore breaks back onto a trio of rosters – the Official Vinyl Albums, Official Albums Sales, and Official Physical Albums charts, coming in at Nos. 37, 44, 45, and 46 respectively, after not appearing on any of those tallies last time around. Interestingly, Folklore declines on the Official Albums and Official Albums Streaming charts despite what must be notable sales, which return it to the three lists.

Taylor Swift Places a Dozen Projects on the Albums Chart

12 full-lengths by Swift make a home on at least one chart in the U.K., and all but three of them take up space on multiple rankings. Fearless (Taylor’s Version), her self-titled debut project, and the original Fearless can all be located on the Official Country Artists Albums list, but no other tallies, and those three genre-specific wins are declining. Last week, Swift dominated the Official Country Artists Albums chart, but this time around, Fearless (Taylor’s Version) slips from No. 1 to No. 7.

The Life of a Showgirl Leads All of Taylor Swift’s Albums

Swift’s most successful release at the moment in the U.K. is The Life of a Showgirl. That’s not surprising, as the set was only released a few months back. 15 weeks into its tenure on the British rosters, The Life of a Showgirl continues to find space on half a dozen charts, and it appears inside the top 10 on half of them.
