The Upbit Developer Conference (UDC), hosted by a popular Korean fin-tech firm, Dunamu INC. which was the first Korean Blockchain Conference that was specially focused on the developers. At the UDC, major leaders from the blockchain industry are invited to have discussions on NFT, Metaverse, DeFi, Web 3.0, and many other trendings in the blockchain industry. TRON founder, Justin Sun, was also invited to attend this conference.
On September 23, 2022, Justin Sun attended UDC in South Korea. In the conference he gave a keynote speech entitled “TRON Leads the Way to Web 3.0.” Sun virtually attended the conference through the video link.
What does Justin Sun Say at UDC?
Sun first emphasized that Web 3.0 is full of promise. He added that Web 3.0 can make a difference to the industry’s transparency, decentralization, scalability as well as supporting charity. Although Web 3.0 still needs to overcome obstacles including government regulation and unavailability of public consensus.
Sun further added that the scale of virtual assets has expanded exponentially over the past decade, and such speedy growth will not slow down in near future.
The proactive efforts and business innovations by TRON are growing rapidly in the Web 3.0 field. As TRON previously supported the innovation in digitizing artworks, funding artists and art contests, and hosting TRON Hackathons, which were in support of the blockchain industry.
He also shared the information that every year TRON added 50 million accounts and due to this in the next year, TRON will have an equal amount of user base to that of Ethereum.
