According to the data, Algorand saw a 43% jump in active addresses, hitting 1.52 million. Fantom followed closely with a 38% increase, reaching 216,429 active wallets.
These gains outpaced other top-performing chains, despite Aptos and BNB Chain continuing to dominate in total address count.
ZKsync and Aptos both recorded 16% growth in weekly activity. While ZKsync’s absolute figures remained modest at 63,428, Aptos saw activity rise to over 4.5 million addresses.
Meanwhile, BNB Chain—already a leader in user base—registered a 14% growth and now supports nearly 6.9 million active wallets.
This uptick suggests increasing interest in lower-market-cap chains, possibly fueled by recent ecosystem upgrades or incentives driving user onboarding.
While Algorand and Fantom lead by percentage growth, large-cap chains like Aptos and BNB remain critical volume anchors in the multichain landscape. The shift in wallet activity will be closely watched to see if it translates into deeper user engagement and TVL gains ahead.
