Today’s Wordle #719 Hints, Clues And Answer For Thursday, June 8th

Welcome back, dearest Wordlers! Once again, I sort of spaced that yesterday was Wednesday, though this time I have an excuse: I was camping for my daughter’s 16th birthday!

In any case, Wednesdays are Wordle Wednesday around these parts, and I forgot. We usually do a riddle but I left that out of yesterday’s post, so we’ll do the riddle today. I’m super exhausted from camping, by the way, so bear with me!

Today’s Riddle:

I was thinking about camping for obvious reasons and though we didn’t see any bears, it’s always a possibility when out in nature. I’ve seen them before. Magnificent, terrifying creatures. And a good guess today, leaving me with just 7 words.

I wanted to narrow down my vowels, so I guessed point next, which added five grey boxes—huzzah!—leaving me still with only two. But at this point I could only think of two words to choose from, and I went with my gut: crumb just seemed more likely than rugby, and it was!

Today’s Score: I tied with the Bot, which means zero for tying and +1 for guessing in three for a grand total of 1 point. Huzzah!
