The week has ended, the weekend has arrived and another Wordle is here to puzzle our brains a bit—though like yesterday’s word, this one isn’t too tough.
Yesterday, of course, was Friday the 13th. If you made it to today unscathed, you lucked out.
Wordle is definitely not quite the viral phenomenon it was this winter, which probably has to do both with the novelty wearing off and the warmer days of Spring and approaching Summer.
That’s fine, though, we’ll keep doing these guides one way or another! Let’s take a look at today’s Wordle word of the day, shall we?
Today’s Wordle #329 Hint & Answer
Spoilers spoilers spoilers spoilers! Spoilers! SPOILERS! Spoilers! Spoilers!
But first, a hint: See the headline of my review of The Northman.
And ye olde answer be…
I thought that caper was a pretty good starting word, though Wordle Bot always recommends crane, of course. As far as I can tell, for today’s Wordle it wouldn’t matter much. Both words would give you ‘e’ and ‘a’ and neither in green.
Fleas was my second guess, which got me ‘l’ and the ‘a’ in green, but Wordle Bot rightly noted that slate would have been a better choice here. Since I’m not a robot I can’t think through every option mathematically like that.
Still, despite having five possible options to choose from at this point I got the correct answer—metal—on my next guess. “You are a god among men!” chortled Wordle Bot gleefully. Or something along those lines.
Have a lovely weekend, Wordlers!
