Director Tim Burton and Wednesday stars Jenna Ortega, Catherin Zeta-Jone, Luis Guzmán, Fred Armisen and Joanna Lumley were among the stars who attended the purple carpet global premiere of second season of the Netflix series Wednesday in London.

Wednesday Season 2, Part 1 premieres on Netflix on Wednesday, Aug. 6. The official summary for the series this season reads, Wednesday Addams (Jenna Ortega), returns to prowl the Gothic halls of Nevermore Academy, where fresh foes and woes await.
