When it was first announced that SEVENTEEN would be returning to Los Angeles for their [NEW_] World Tour, many were curious whether HYBE-PLEDIS Entertainment would bring back several of their THE CITY events, including the pop-up activation, lit-up Ferris wheel, fan club party, and collaborations with small local businesses. Last year’s THE CITY event saw an increase in patrons at local businesses seeking collectible, randomized drink coasters featuring images of 11 out of the 13 members who performed at the concert. (Jeonghan went into military service, and Jun was busy with his acting projects.)

This year, SEVENTEEN teamed up with local businesses (again), the Santa Monica Ferris Wheel, LA Metro, Universal Studios Hollywood, and Airbnb to create magical experiences for the K-pop group’s fanbase – CARATS.

With Airbub, fans can enjoy Airbnb Originals and experiences – for a fee – themed to the popular group. For those who book an Airbnb stay in California between October 1 and 17, or a qualifying SEVENTEEN-themed Experience between October 12 and 18, fans may be eligible to receive an Airbnb Password containing 12 SEVENTEEN yet-to-be-revealed photos. Free Events

Singalong Party at Universal Studios Hollywood

On October 14 at 4 PM, Universal Studios Hollywood will host the SEVENTEEN Singalong Party at Universal CityWalk as well as special lighting in SEVENTEEN’s signature Rose Quartz and Serenity colors. The event is free.

Pacific Wheel Lighting at Santa Monica Pier

Location: 380 Santa Monica Pier, Santa Monica
On October 15-17, including the two nights of the group’s LA BMO Stadium concerts, the 85-foot Ferris wheel will display lights in SEVENTEEN’s theme, at 7pm.

ComplexLA Exclusive Pop-up

Location: 433 N Fairfax Ave, Los Angeles
On October 11-13, SEVENTEEN’s exclusive Complex pop-up will feature Complex-exclusive pieces, limited-edition merchandise, official albums, and more. Fans can RSVP for the pop-up here.

SEVENTEEN Official Merch Pop-Up

Location: 3509 W 6th St, Los Angeles
From October 4 to November 16, the pop-up store, located in the heart of Koreatown, will offer official SEVENTEEN merchandise.

Airbnb Collaboration

The Airbnb Stays

With over 1,000 listings, a wide range of options is available in terms of locations and pricing. From the Hollywood Hills to the mountains of the San Gabriel Valley to Orange County, it doesn’t matter where you booked it – as long as it’s in California between the qualifying dates (October 1-17) and one or more nights. What matters is that you have booked it and it falls outside the ‘free cancellation’ period under the relevant cancellation policy. Only those who are eligible will be able to receive a Passphoto Package, limited to the first 1,500 eligible guests.

To claim yours, you must visit the Airbnb Passphoto booth outside BMO Stadium with your proof of reservation in the Airbnb app. The first 1,500 people who can provide proof will receive the package. The booth will be open from 12:30 PM – 6:30 PM (PT) on both concert days, October 16 and 17.

If you are not the primary booker, make sure you have been added to the trip in the app by the person who made the reservation. There is a limit of one Passphoto package per eligible reservation.

Note: We have emailed Airbnb for clarification on whether they will limit the number of Passphoto Packages given during the two-day concert to ensure fairness, given the limited availability of 1,500.

The Airbnb Originals

Four Original events are being offered during the week. All will receive the Passphoto Package.

According to Airbnb, they “may offer potential recipients the opportunity to redeem the SEVENTEEN Passphoto Package during an Airbnb Originals Eligible Experience. If a potential recipient chooses to redeem this during the Airbnb Originals Eligible Experience, no further redemption at the Venue will be permitted.”

Glam up for SEVENTEEN with a Ssooniestyle stylist – $50
Wednesday, October 15, 12:30 – 2:45 pm
In this experience, Jessica Song, Director of Celebrity Hair and trusted stylist to K-pop idols, will reveal the insider tips and techniques behind stage-ready looks. Guests will explore trending K-pop hairstyles, learn about the accessories and details that complete an idol-inspired look, and receive hands-on styling from Jessica and her team. Whether it’s perfecting glossy waves, trying sleek performance braids, or experimenting with bold, statement accessories, fans will leave with a hairstyle that’s designed to last through a night of cheering, dancing, and celebrating at the concert. This isn’t just a makeover, it’s a rare chance to step into the same chair as the idols and walk out feeling like one of them.

Design SVT concert-ready nails with Zola Ganzorigt – $50
Wednesday, October 15, 2:00-3:30 pm
Get K-pop nails with the celebrity nail artist, Zola Ganzorigt, in a hands-on workshop in Koreatown, Los Angeles: live demos, styling tips, SVT press-ons you customize yourself, and a SEVENTEEN Passphoto Package.

Move like SEVENTEEN with choreographer Lex Woo – $50
Wednesday, October 15, 3:30 – 5:00 pm
Learn K-pop moves directly from Alexa Woo (Lex), an in-demand K-pop choreographer. Guests will be guided step by step through idol-style choreography, drills, and stage presence directly from someone who helps shape the moves behind today’s biggest groups. The session ends with a group performance filmed in true “dance challenge” style, perfect for sharing on TikTok or Instagram.

Celebrate SVT with Dumbfoundead and Friends – $180
Wednesday, October 15, 7:30 – 10:15 pm
Guests step into the official SEVENTEEN welcome party, for a night where hip-hop, K-pop, and Seoul club culture collide in the heart of LA. Hosted by Korean-American rapper Dumbfoundead, with an electrifying DJ set from Seoul-based DJ HOWMINI, guests will experience a rare hybrid format where the artists will trade sets and fuse live performance with beats, bringing together the global K-pop community, beats, and flow. Intimate, vibey, and unforgettable, this is where global fans and local icons collide.
Those who attend this event will AUTOMATICALLY receive a ticket to see SEVENTEEN in concert on October 16.

The Airbnb Experiences – October 12-18

Please note: Participants in these experiences must redeem their Passphoto Package at the Airbnb Booth located outside BMO Stadium during the concert dates. It will be on a first-come, first-served basis, limited to the first 1500 people.

LA Metro

Dates: October 11-19
LA Metro’s K Line, A Line (lLong Beach to Pico) and E Line (Downtown Santa Monica to Little Tokyo) will be displaying ‘SEVENTEEN THE CITY LA’ posters on 157 digital screens across 55 subway stations.

SEVENTEEN kicks off their World Tour in the US in Tacoma, WA on October 11, followed by stops in Los Angeles, CA (October 16 & 17), Austin, TX (October 21 & 22), Sunrise, FL (October 26 & 27), and concluding in Washington, DC (October 29 & 30).
