The Best Restaurants And Bars For A Wild Night Out In London

London is one of the best cities in the world for a wild night out (and I have a decade-plus of weird and wonderful stories to prove it).

The thing is, with hundreds of options in central London alone, it’s not always easy to find the restaurants and bars that do them best.

Thankfully, I’ve done the research so you don’t have to. The following venues are not only some of the best in the city, but the very best for a wild night out.

INCA London

There’s no place quite like INCA London for dinner and a show, and now that former Nobu chef Scott Hallsworth has taken over it’s menu, the food and drinks are better than ever. Everything in the massive underground restaurant is inspired by the cultural diversity of South America, including ever-changing dance and vocal performances that take place from 8pm every night. It’s a must-visit.

Flippers London

In partnership with Usher, Liberty Ross and Kevin Wall recently launched Flippers Roller Boogie Palace (a 34,000 sq ft space housing a roller rink, live music venue, luxe diner and pro skate shop) in West London’s White City, and it is everything. Think Studio 54 on wheels. Think hot dogs and caviar. Think wild, uninhibited fun.

Cache Cache

For the last few months, Cache Cache has been my number one “hidden gem” recommendation for locals and tourists alike. Nestled in a secret location under Covent Garden’s Piazza, the restaurant-cum-cocktail club is the perfect spot for dinner, drinks and dancing.

Polo Bar

This 24-hour bar and restaurant is an all-nighter’s dream, serving up award-winning pancakes (and 2 for £15 cocktails) from dusk ‘til down. In fact, they use their 24-hour booze license to the best of its abilities: Polo Bar actually serves London’s first (and, currently, only) 24-hour bottomless brunch.

Archer Street Soho

Though the cocktail bar now has two additional outposts in Notting Hill and Northcote Road, there’s nothing quite like Archer Street Soho. This is one of London’s liveliest spots, and they host high-energy performances from West End singers most evenings. A bit like a member’s club, with no membership needed.
