If you’re like me, then you have multiple subscriptions to several different streaming platforms—which are all constantly adding new movies. Which begs the question each successive weekend: What do I watch?
For me, it helps to have all of those new movies in one place. So in this article, I’ll run through the biggest new films on Netflix
At the end of the article, you can find a full list of all the new movies available to stream this weekend.
The Adam Project (Netflix)
After accidentally crash-landing in 2022, time-traveling fighter pilot Adam Reed teams up with his 12-year-old self for a mission to save the future.
If Beale Street Could Talk (Amazon Prime)
In early 1970s Harlem, daughter and wife-to-be Tish vividly recalls the passion, respect and trust that have connected her and her artist fiancé Alonzo Hunt, who goes by the nickname Fonny. Friends since childhood, the devoted couple dream of a future together, but their plans are derailed when Fonny is arrested for a crime he did not commit.
Turning Red (Disney+)
Mei Lee is a 13-year-old girl who is torn between being her mother’s obedient daughter and the chaos of her youth. As if that were not enough, when she gets too excited, she turns into a big red panda.
Multiverse (Hulu)
Scientists Loretta, Danny, Amy and Gerry are on the verge of an amazing breakthrough in quantum physics. Something remarkable soon happens as each one comes face to face with their identical selves from a parallel universe. Professional rivalries and personal relationships soon emerge as they realize only one version of each person can exist in our reality.
London Has Fallen (Netflix)
After the death of the British prime minister, the world’s most powerful leaders gather in London to pay their respects. Without warning, terrorists unleash a devastating attack that leaves the city in chaos and ruins. Secret Service agent Mike Banning springs into action to bring U.S. President Benjamin Asher to safety. When Asher falls into the hands of the sinister organization, it’s up to Banning to save his commander in chief from a horrible fate.
