The mainnet release date for Rollux, SYS Labs’ ground-breaking EVM-L2 scaling platform, was announced on June 1 and is expected to revolutionize the blockchain industry by establishing brand-new benchmarks in terms of transaction speed, security, and cost.
Rollux is scheduled to launch on June 28, 2023 and SYS Labs’ promises that it will bring speed, security, affordability, and scalability, which are crucial components that the blockchain industry need for broad adoption, according to the press release that was shared with Finbold.
This news comes after a closed dry-run of Rollux mainnet that was completed successfully and after the community provided solid feedback on its testnet version. Rollux’s mission is to provide the best EVM experience in the blockchain industry. As an Optimistic rollup fork, it is tailor-made to facilitate the quickest, cheapest, and safest scalar with two second finality secured by Bitcoin.
“Our vision has always been to bridge the gap between the existing capabilities of blockchain and the needs of users, developers, and enterprises,” stated Jagdeep Sidhu, CEO of SYS Labs. “Rollux is that bridge.”
SYS Labs’ ventures
SuperDapp, SYS Labs’ AI-infused social platform; Pegasys, their DeFi exchange; Luxy, their NFT platform; Pali Wallet, their user-friendly web wallet; DAOSYS, their new standard for DAO models; and Camada, their non-custodial, regulatory-compliant asset management tool for institutions and retail; are all examples of SYS Labs’ ventures that aim to maximize Rollux’s potential.
However, once Rollux goes live, a number of partners hosted on the Syscoin Platform will launch their own products on the platform, creating a fully functional ecosystem.
Similarly, the SYS Labs team encourages any EVM-based applications to test out the platform and start sharing its advantages with users.
SYS Labs is excited to reach this new benchmark and wants the community to be a part of the preparations by following the company online.
