Survivor’s milestone 50th anniversary season has arrived. Two dozen returning contestants, from five-time players Cirie Fields and Ozzy Lusth to The White Lotus creator Mike White, have returned to Fiji for what could be the franchise’s most anticipated installment yet.
Dubbed “In the Hands of the Fans,” Season 50 earned its title after viewers voted on key elements of the game before filming began. At the helm once again is longtime host Jeff Probst, who has presided over all 50 seasons and serves as executive producer. Unlike previous all-star seasons, there aren’t any major appearance fees this time around, and the grand prize is set at $1 million.
With 24 contestants, marking the largest cast in Survivor history, the season features players from the earliest eras through recent installments. Newly crowned Season 49 winner Savannah Louie and fellow contestant Rizo Velovic had just 10 days at home between filming Season 49 and Season 50.
With the three-hour Survivor 50 premiere now streaming, here’s what fans need to know about watching new episodes, including the release schedule, episode count and live finale date.
