Fans of Enrique Iglesias, Ricky Martin, and Pitbull can expect musical fireworks as the three global superstars unite for an unprecedented tour across North America this fall. Live Nation announced today the trio will embark on “The Trilogy Tour,” a groundbreaking collaboration that could give audiences the opportunity to experience an ultimate musical extravaganza.
The multi-Grammy award-winning artists, who have each sold millions of albums, scored multiple top 10 hits and performed in sold-out shows, will now share the stage together for the first time. The tour will feature three distinct headlining sets from each artist.
While this is the first time the three will hit the road together, Enrique Iglesias previously went on tour with Pitbull in 2017. He also went on tour with Ricky Martin in 2021, a year after announcing the concert series, which was postponed due to the pandemic. Both of those tours were highly profitable. According to Billboard Boxscore numbers, they each grossed over $35 million dollars.
Enrique Iglesias expressed his enthusiasm about the concert series in a release, stating: “I am incredibly excited to be going on tour with my friends Pitbull and Ricky. The Trilogy Tour will be an amazing experience for all of our fans. It’s going to be a once-in-a-lifetime tour.”
The three multi-platinum certified artists have popularized Latin music worldwide and revolutionized the industry, showcasing their talent and versatility across various musical genres.
“Going back on the road with not only Enrique, but now with Pitbull, is very exciting,” said Ricky Martin. “This tour will be a wild party from beginning to end, so get ready, it’s going to be epic!”
Pitbull, whose real name is Armando Christian Perez, said “it’s a true honor to tour with Enrique and Ricky, two music icons who broke global music barriers for our culture and opened doors for someone like myself.”
Produced by Live Nation, The 19-city tour “Trilogy Tour” will kick off on October 14 at Washington, D.C.’s Capital One Arena and will make stops in cities across the U.S., before concluding at Vancouver’s Rogers Arena on December 10.
