Strategy has expanded its already-massive BTC reserve by acquiring an additional 10,100 BTC for approximately $1.05 billion, at an average price of $104,080 per coin.
The move further cements Strategy’s position as the largest corporate holder of Bitcoin globally.
As of June 15, 2025, Strategy’s total Bitcoin holdings have reached 592,100 BTC, acquired at a blended cost of roughly $70,666 per BTC. The total investment value now stands at approximately $41.84 billion.
According to company chairman Michael Saylor, the firm has achieved a 19.1% Bitcoin yield year-to-date (YTD) in 2025. This aggressive accumulation strategy continues to distinguish Strategy from traditional equities and institutional benchmarks, positioning the firm as the leading proxy for high-beta Bitcoin exposure.
This acquisition follows a broader trend among Bitcoin-focused institutions aiming to capitalize on supply constraints and heightened institutional demand. Strategy’s latest BTC addition reaffirms its long-term conviction in Bitcoin as a primary treasury reserve asset and strategic store of value.
