U.S. stocks are set to plunge at the open Monday on pent-up worries about Russia’s attack on Ukraine.
On Sunday night, Dow Jones Industrial Average futures lost 466 points, or 1.4%, while the S&P 500 futures lost 2.5% and Nasdaq Composite futures lost 2.9%. The price of West Texas Intermediate, the U.S. benchmark oil, jumped 6.6%, to $97.60 a barrel as of 6:24 p.m. Eastern time Sunday.
