According to the rapper, Death Row is going to be an NFTs label. The pop star will put his artists through the metaverse and through a whole other chain of music. He further claimed that it is going to be “The First Major in the Metaverse”.
Moreover, Snoop Dogg explains that similar to how they have broken the industry when they were the first independent to be major. Indeed, the rapper wants to be the first major in the metaverse so Death Row will be an NFT.
Snoop Dogg launches his latest album BODR
Calvin Cordozar Broadus Jr. The American rapper who is eventually known as Snoop Dogg has launched his latest album Bacc on Death Row through blockchain gaming platform Gala Games. Fans with $5k going spare for the Non-Fungible Token, “stash box”, version of the album were rewarded with three bonus tracks.
Notably, the box sets are limited to 25k and at press time, about 10k had already been sold. Indeed, the sale has totaled near $50 million.
Following the scenario, it is estimated that if all 25k sell, Snoop’s will have a payday of $125 million.
