What Haruki Thinks About Metaverse?
While talking about the metaverse, he explained that a metaverse is a place where people mingle and communities flourish. He is also of the opinion that the priority of the gaming industry should be to develop high-quality games instead of metaverse experiences as not every game that has metaverse elements constitutes the metaverse.
Stretching on his ideas, he shared that the company is creating a Super Game which not only will support and multi-platform but will also have a network and a community. It could transform into an e-sport also if it has a competitive element called PvP. With a decent amount of active users and millions of downloads, there is also the possibility of it becoming the Metaverse.
Sega is another gaming firm that has begun to explore NFTs. The corporation declared in April that it will begin selling NFTs based on its intellectual rights, which the gaming community did not welcome enthusiastically. Other traditional gaming firms, such as Game World and Ubisoft GSC, have faced similar criticism for their involvement with blockchain and related technology.
