Ihor Murashov (the director general) …bears main and exclusive responsibility for the nuclear and radiation safety of the Zaporizhzhya NPP. The Russian Army has intimidates the people of the occupied city of Mariupol with fakes in order to prevent evacuation to Ukraine and EU countries. According to the information from the adviser to the mayor of Mariupol, Petro Andryushchenko, after the pseudo-referendum, the number of Mariupol residents trying to leave the city for the territory controlled by Ukraine or EU countries has increased rapidly. To address the exodus, the Russian occupying force launched a wave of propaganda aimed at discrediting the Ukrainian authorities. The main false message: “after the referendum, you are Russian citizens, so you will be arrested in Ukraine, and the EU countries will not let you in at the border with Russia due to registration in the Donetsk region.” And “if you received anything — humanitarian aid, money and/or worked in clearing debris, in stores, on construction sites –– you immediately become collaborators and fall under criminal liability in Ukraine.” Andryushchenko urged citizens not to listen to Russian propaganda and to evacuate from the occupied territories because “Ukraine is waiting for every Mariupol citizen.”
