Rosemary Barnes has left B2Broker Group, and joined cryptocurrency exchange DXone as the new Head of Marketing. She has already taken up the new role earlier this month, Finance Magnates has learned.
Based in Cyprus, she will be responsible for DXone’s marketing strategy, coordination of marketing function, communication to and evaluation of strategic partners. Further, she will build up a marketing team there and will also handle the planning and creation of marketing campaigns, PR and communication strategy, market and competitor research.
A Look Back at Barnes’s Vocation
For the last four years, the much-loved marketing executive, Rosemary Barnes has served B2Broker as its Head of PR & Marketing Communications. In this role, she navigated the PR and marketing team and led its communications, which included media and investor relations among other duties, according to her LinkedIn profile.
Prior to that, she was the Head of Content & PR/Marketing Communications at HYCM. For around sixteen months, she heads the content and communications for the brokerage. She was responsible for the developments of all online web, email, advertising and email related content social media as part of her role.
Before that, Finance Magnates benefitted from her experience as a Financial Editor. In February 2016, she joined the organisation covering multiple articles and stories relating to Forex, crypto and regulation.
In October 2013, she joined the ranks of Banc De Binary as the Marcoms Exec/Content Editor. Over twenty months, she was in charge of full-spectrum online marketing projects.
At Midas Touch Writers, she took on the charge of Marketing Communications Consultant at the end of 2011.
