Museum district of initial city (Genesis city) was released in alpha mode earlier today, with punk6529 bullishly told their 323,200 followers on Twitter that this initiative might be the most high-end art NFTs exer exhibited in a single place.
A promo video for OM displays lengthy list of NFTs from big projects like Art Blocks, BAYC, Tyler Hobbs’ Fidenza collection, and CryptoPunks. The NFT gatherer also offered their view on open metaverse, noting that they see OM as having “no single party in charge.” A metaverse where we do not have to worry about who’s holding the share and if we agree with them.
For the project to evolve and lure mainstream audience, punk indicates that it should be affordable, user friendly and offer a bridge to real world to scale beyond “ETH/crypto degens.”
If everything goes as per the plan, OM will transition into an open beta around June or July if metaverse lures sufficient users and technology is able to back further developments and large spaces.
