Modern Warfare 2’ And ‘Warzone 2’ Season 3 Begins

The third season of Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare II and Warzone 2 is almost upon us. The new season is stuffed to the brim with new content across multiplayer, Warzone 2 and the DMZ, with new maps, modes, a brand new Battle Pass and lots of other new additions that should breathe new life into both games.

Here’s everything you need to know.

Season 3 Start-Time

Season 2 ends today, Tuesday April 11th, with servers going offline sometime this evening. The new season will kick off tomorrow, Wednesday the 12th, at 10am PT / 1pm ET. The Season 3 update is already available to download.

New Content

In Multiplayer for Modern Warfare II players can look forward to eight new maps, the return of Gunfight Mode and more.

Warzone 2 players will get to play Plunder mode once again, as well as Massive Resurgence, which sounds crazy.

New weapons, a new Battle Pass, Cranked Mode and a ton of other updates, weapon balancing changes and much more round out a jam-packed season.

As you can see, two new Operators land in this back. Alejandro and Valeria are two of the best characters in the Modern Warfare II campaign. Expect to see a lot more of them in Multiplayer and Warzone this week.
