priced its initial public offering at $21 a share late Tuesday, raising about $800 million. The offering values the maker of self-driving car systems at about $17 billion.
The $21 deal price was a dollar above the high end of the original “price talk” range of $18 to $20. The stock will begin trading Wednesday on the Nasdaq under the symbol

(ticker: INTC) will maintain more than 99% voting control of the company after completion of the offering.
