MLB star Mike Trout and billionaire golf legend Tiger Woods are linking up to bring a golf course to Trout’s hometown of Vineland, New Jersey, bringing together two of the highest-paid and most influential athletes in the world.

“Trout National – The Reserve” is scheduled to open in 2025, Trout announced, built on the site of an old sand mine.

The private club will feature an 18-hole golf course designed by Woods along with amenities that differentiate it from your “grandparents’ country club,” Trout said.

The duo have some of the deepest pockets of any athlete; Woods and Trout’s $68 million and $49.5 million respective 2022 earnings were good for 14th and 23rd on Forbes’ list of the highest-paid athletes in the world.
