Brian Walshe is being held on a $500,000 bail and could be arraigned on murder charges as early as Wednesday morning, Norfolk District Attorney Michael W. Morrissey said Tuesday.
Morrissey said additional details and evidence supporting the charges against Walshe will be presented during his arraignment.
Police said in an affidavit the time line Walshe had provided “caused a clear delay in the search for” his wife, according to CNN, leading to his earlier charge for misleading investigators. (Walshe pleaded not guilty to that charge.)
