Luka Doncic And Hasbro Launch Nerf Partnership

Count Hasbro among the many companies lining up to ink a partnership with Dallas Mavericks star Luka Doncic. The play and entertainment company, which is home to more than 1,500 brands such as Nerf, My Little Pony, Transformers, Play-Doh and Monopoly, recently announced a brand partnership with Doncic.

Doncic and Hasbro entered into a two-year agreement that will make Doncic one of the promotional faces of Nerf. Doncic will appear in the company’s branded social content campaign that will begin in 2022.

Nerf will unveil the Luka x Nerf Pro Gelfire Blaster as part of their collaboration in 2023. The company will also donate Nerf products to the Luka Doncic Foundation, which focuses on children’s physical and mental health and well-being through the power of play.

In a press release, Hasbro noted that YouTuber MrBeast also signed an agreement with Nerf to be a brand representative.

“2022 has already been such a major year for Nerf as we unveiled the brand’s all-new mascot, Murph, and released a bunch of exciting Nerf consumer products and blasters, and the excitement continues with MrBeast and Luka!” Vice President of Global Franchise Strategy & Brand Management at Hasbro Teresa Pearson said in the release.

“Partnering with MrBeast and Luka to bring their iconic brands to Nerf has been incredibly rewarding, and we can’t wait for fans to see these come to life. We’re honored to work with MrBeast and Luka because we admire the purpose they bring to the world as avid philanthropists and admirable role models for kids and families everywhere. We can’t wait to unveil what’s to come for these two icons who we know will help the Nerf brand encourage responsible play.”

Doncic, a three-time NBA All-Star and First Team All-NBA selection, signed with WME Sports talent agency in 2021 to grow his business portfolio and represent him in all areas off the court.
