MHR Fund Management raised its holding in the film, TV, and media company to 20,198,615 shares. MHR purchased 871,380 Lions Gate shares from Nov. 16 through Nov. 18 at prices ranging from $6.46 to $7.12 apiece. MHR now owns 24.2% of Lions Gate’s outstanding count. Lions Gate exited its Lionsgate+ streaming business in seven territories in the September quarter, and took a restructuring charge of $218.9 million.
