Humanity Protocol, a decentralized identity blockchain solution, has successfully closed its latest funding round at a $1.1 billion fully diluted valuation, which was co-led by Pantera Capital and Jump Crypto. The funding follows the recent formation of the Humanity Foundation, led by Yat Siu, Mario Nawfal, and interim CEO Yeewai Chong.

Humanity Protocol is a blockchain-based system that verifies real human identities by linking palm scans to digital identities. It ensures that only genuine individuals can participate in online spaces while giving users full control over their data access.
The strategic investment shows confidence in Humanity Protocol’s vision to redefine decentralized identity and enhance security, inclusivity, and user-owned blockchain ecosystems.
The initiative aims to accelerate the development of the protocol’s key solutions, including Proof of Humanity and Human ID, while ensuring seamless integration with leading Web3 platforms.
With the backing of Jump Crypto and Pantera, Humanity Protocol is expected to scale operations, expand global reach and drive adoption across multiple industries beyond Web3. The investment is also linked to upcoming initiatives such as partnership announcements, developer grants, and community-building efforts ahead of the protocol’s mainnet launch.
