Here’s The Exact Time ‘Hogwarts Legacy’ Standard Edition Releases On PS5, Xbox Series X And PC

Hogwarts Legacy has been out for a couple days now in Early Access, and we’re rapidly approaching the end of the 72 hours Early Access period and the launch of the full game for everyone. If you purchased the Collector’s Edition or Digital Deluxe Edition of the open-world fantasy RPG, you can access it right now. If you purchased the Standard Edition of the game on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X or PC (via Steam or the Epic Games Store) read on for the exact release time on your platform.

Note: Pre-loading is available now across platforms, so if you want to dive into the game the moment it unlocks be sure to download now. The download size varies by platform, but it’s not small so if your internet is slow, definitely be sure to pre-load.

Hogwarts Legacy Standard Edition / Full Release Launch Times

• On Xbox Series X and PS5, Hogwarts Legacy launches for all players at midnight local time in your region on 2/10/23. The moment Thursday clicks over to Friday, in other words, you’ll be able to hop into the game.
• For PC players, just like with Early Access you won’t be able to start playing until 10am PT / 1pm ET on Friday the 10th of February. That’s unfortunate, but hopefully this time around there won’t be errors that cause that time to be pushed back hours later.

Hogwarts Legacy is poised to become one of the biggest games of the year, and has already been breaking records on Twitch. Reviews have also been extremely positive—despite the backlash to the game over Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling.

I’ve been playing Hogwarts Legacy since Monday and I’m absolutely loving every second of it. It’s not the most advanced RPG out there, but it’s a wonderful chance to fulfill that fantasy of going to Hogwarts yourself and learning spells and becoming a witch or wizard in your own right. We muggles can finally hop on a broomstick, flick our magic wands and explore the castle grounds. It’s quite marvelous. Here’s Part 1 of my playthrough:
