Ethereum(ETH) has now gone truly mainstream, as Google Search integrates ENS domain name balance display.
With the latest development, one can search for ENS domain names in Google Search and can view ETH balances, citing Etherscan data.
➡️ You all asked for @ensdomains integration and it’s live🫡 You can search for any .eth name and get the balance right in Google Search!
Kudos to the Search team for fully rolling this out! https://t.co/9R5QnsORC5

Web3 official at Google, Nalin added that Ethereum faucet for Sepolia and Holesky has also integrated with ENS domains, which allow users to type an .eth address and get drips.
ENS.ETH’s official X account writes, “Google has officially integrated ENS, allowing users to search for any .eth name and check associated balances directly within Google Search. Some of you may have noticed this integration a few months ago, and we’re happy to report that the integration is now live for everyone!”
In May 2023, Google had first integrated searching for Ethereum addresses which displayed ETH balances directly. But with this new integration, Google aims to cut down on the complexity of checking wallet balances, thus, making crypto information more accessible to the general public, with a single click.
The latest move heralds a growing mainstream interest in Ethereum and ENS. The new functionality validates the use of blockchain naming systems and ENS domains in a way that is similar to traditional web domains.
