Group is the last of the big banks to post third-quarter earnings but Wall Street is more concerned over the investment bank’s bigger plans.
Over the last few weeks reports have noted that Goldman (ticker: GS) is planning to reorganize—a seeming about-face after its yearslong plan to offer more consumer-finance solutions. While the bank might still be developing its consumer business, that business—along with wealth management—is said to be merging with asset management, according to a Bloomberg report.
