The Louisville Metro Police Department tweeted Monday morning there was an active shooter and “multiple casualties” at Old National Bank, a five-story bank in the city’s downtown.

Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear tweeted that he was heading to the scene and asked for prayers for the city and families impacted.
