The Louisville Metro Police Department tweeted Monday morning there was an active shooter and “multiple casualties” at Old National Bank, a five-story bank in the city’s downtown.
There is no information about the suspected shooter or the events surrounding the shooting.
Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear tweeted that he was heading to the scene and asked for prayers for the city and families impacted.
