Exclusive: How Primordia DAO is redefining governance and social issues?

In September 2021, Asya Abdrahman and Adrian Bello, the co-founders of the Kindness Grocery Cooperative, turned their physical, real-world cooperative into the Kin DAO.

The founders innately realised the benefits of a DAO and how it aligned with their overarching concerns of global food shortage, homelessness, poverty, fragmented communities, and climate change. Hence, the founders switched to a DAO model.

According to a press release obtained exclusively by Invezz, the Kin DAO announced the launch of Primordia DAO, a yearlong conceptual art exhibition of village development URL (Online) and in IRL (In Real Life).

Using collaborative art-based strategies, the newly founded Primordia DAO aims to deliver education to previously excluded areas to bridge the digital divide.

Primordia DAOs will establish digital villages based on real-world associations that can address the requirements of real communities and nurture leaders with the ability to self-govern, self-create, and onboard in a unique manner.

By the end of the calendar year, the project will onboard 100 DAOs to NEAR Protocol (NEAR) that will collaboratively work towards their common objectives.

Primordia may serve as an important use case in the future of global coordination, and creative community autonomy as humanity collectively transitions towards realms of regeneration and community-based administration.

What is Kin DAO?

The Kin DAO implements equitable solutions in the real world via art, community land management, and the construction of regenerative systems using blockchain technology.

The fundamental goal of the Kin DAO is to build digital and physical technologies that ease the transition of mankind to innovative approaches of decentralisation, collaboration, and regeneration.

Fifty thousand individuals in San Francisco, Oakland, Berkeley, Los Angeles, South Dakota, and Mexico have so far benefitted from Kin DAO’s efforts.

Soon, the most significant DAOs will control tens of billions of dollars and, for instance, the upgrade path for the world’s future financial infrastructure.
