Eric “ET” Thomas announces inspirational metaverse

Eric “ET” Thomas, the world-famous motivational speaker, announced the first artists to design the Genesis NFT collection for the ETVerse, the metaverse that inspires, Invezz learned from a press release first published on PR News Wire.

The ETVerse’s purpose is to raise funds for an NPO called The School Days Foundation, which Thomas founded to empower young people to be academically successful.

Also known as the “Hip-Hop Preacher,” Thomas is an award-winning author and influencer who is using the metaverse to expand his reach.

BIPOC (black, indigenous and people of colour) artists from across the globe are creating The ETVerse NFTs. They are bringing diverse techniques and experiences to the partnership.

Thomas is giving them an opportunity to control their future and focus on their creativity at the same time. The collection will also function as a unique e-ticket to ETVerse events, both virtual and physical, and provide access to gated communities and content residing solely in the ETVerse.

Thomas gained more than 2 million followers on social media with his motivational talks. He discusses his own struggles at length, including homelessness, academic challenges, and the absence of his biological father. He said:

The ETVerse will address the economic disparity gap by creating an unbiased, equal opportunity ecosystem. We are combining NFTs, crypto, Web3 and other new mediums to build a community of people who are empowered as creators, inspired as individuals and ready to invest in themselves and the future. Our motto for the ETVerse is #inspiretheblock.

Artist Brandon Breaux from Thomas’ hometown of Chicago said:
