Credit Suisse
shares were falling on Thursday after the Swiss lender said it is delaying the publication of its annual report.
The stock was down 5.3% in Zurich trading. Credit Suisse (ticker: CS) American depositary receipts fell 5% in the premarket. The company said the annual report delay was prompted by a call from the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 8 about revisions to its cash flow statements from 2020 and 2019.
