The asset tokens are considered as securities as KYC is required to purchase them and certain geographic restrictions are there. For instant liquidity, the user can trade the asset tokens on DS swap.The OTC trading feature is utilized for larger trades. The direct trading price of OTC is determined by the sole discretion of Lanshare. It reserves the right to determine requests for any reason.

What are the Advantages of Utilizing the Landshare platform?

Auto Compounding: It is the main feature of Landshare. The term simply means that the income is compounded automatically. However, the user has to gain eligibility to receive auto compounding. The user must hold 25 asset tokens across all the properties.

This means that if the user holds 10 tokens in property A and 15 tokens in property B, then he is eligible for auto compounding. It is implicated in all the properties. The rental income from all the properties is compounded and the team reserves the right to select which property tokens the user will receive. 

Real Estate NFTs: These are the 3D models of the real-world properties sold on the platform. The NFTs are used to multiply the yields of the real estate asset by granting additional Landshare token rewards. 

Anyone can buy the NFT and start using the NFT ecosystem with only 1 asset token. However, to get a newly minted NFT the user must purchase at least 5 asset tokens. The NFT ecosystem has a bonus for staking > 25 tokens.

The landshare token is the native utility token of the platform. The value of real estate is not represented by this token.
