Consumers Will Spend Record $14.2 Billion Amid Sales Frenzy, Report Says

Consumers are set to make this year’s Cyber Monday the biggest online shopping day of all time, according to Adobe Analytics, which expects up to $14.2 billion in sales transactions to take place by the end of the digital sales day.

Consumers spent $9.1 billion online through 6:30 p.m. EST, according to Adobe Analytics, which expects somewhere between $13.9 billion and $14.2 billion in spending by the end of Cyber Monday.

Over half of online sales (55.2%) have been conducted through mobile devices so far on Cyber Monday, a 5.5% increase year-over-year.

Electronics, apparel and furniture accounted for 57% of spending as of Monday evening, driving $3.6 billion, $2.7 billion and $1.8 billion in sales, respectively.

What Items Have Sold Well So Far On Cyber Monday?

Video game consoles like the Nintendo Switch 2 and Playstation 5, luggage sets, exercise equipment, sleep masks, stainless steel water bottles, heated blankets, bedding and active wear are among the items selling well, according to Adobe Analytics. Fisher Price Little People toys and Blackstone flat top griddles were also among Adobe’s hot sellers list.
