‘Bridgerton’ Season 4’s Post-Credits Scene Has A Season 5 Tease

We do not often see that many post-credit scenes in the streaming era, given that you often get that “switch to a little box for the credits” moment that then plugs or auto plays some other related show. But not so in Bridgerton season 4 part 2, where the final scene isn’t just some easter egg, but one of the most important moments of the season. I have no idea why they did this.

It is the actual wedding ceremony between Benedict and Sophie, the thing that, you know, the entire season has been building toward. This shows up about a minute after the last scene ends and the credits begin. Then it runs for two and a half minutes after that.

Again, it seems very weird to put this behind the credits, as X% of people will probably miss it once they flip away after the minute of credits start, but that’s why you read an article like this.

If you were hoping the scene would confirm which sister will walk down the aisle next, that is a literal question asked in this scene, and in the context of the show, obviously no one knows the answer yet. So we don’t get to know either.
