A few months ago during the summer, Bon Jovi announced an updated version of the band’s most recent album, Forever. The original full-length dropped in 2024, but experienced one of the shortest promotional campaigns of any of the group’s efforts. Sadly, because of ongoing health issues, Jon Bon Jovi was not able to tour the record, which played a part in its relatively short shelf life. To make up for the lack of a concert trek – one which the band recently delighted followers by announcing a slew of dates, which some thought might never happen again – Bon Jovi revealed that a new version of Forever was set to drop in mid-October.
The reworked set included all of the songs featured on Forever, turned into duets with a host of superstars, as well as a new single. Forever (Legendary Edition) – as it is now called – debuts in lofty positions on the United Kingdom’s music charts this frame, earning the group another bestseller and almost another No. 1 on multiple rosters at the same time.

Bon Jovi’s Forever (Legendary Edition) Beats the Original Forever
While Forever (Legendary Edition) fails to become another No. 1 for Bon Jovi on the Official Albums chart — the ranking of the most consumed full-lengths and EPs in the U.K. — it does outpace its predecessor. Forever launched at No. 3 last June and spent two frames on the most important albums tally in the country.

Forever (Legendary Edition) opens at No. 3 on both the Official Album Downloads and Official Vinyl Albums charts, just one space beneath where it begins on the three other rankings.
