Avalanche and Quboid Team Up to Revolutionize Brand Loyalty Programs

Avalanche has joined forces with Quboid to launch a next-generation blockchain-based loyalty platform aimed at transforming how brands engage with customers.

The collaboration leverages Avalanche’s high-speed, low-cost infrastructure to offer brands secure, scalable, and decentralized loyalty solutions, according to a press release shared with Coindoo.

The initiative enables companies to build dedicated blockchain nodes for their loyalty programs, ensuring complete ownership of customer data while creating new opportunities for cross-brand reward exchanges. By rewarding both brands and consumers with tokens, the model shifts loyalty programs from one-way cost centers to interactive value-driven ecosystems.

Empowering Brands with Decentralized Rewards

Quboid, which has already partnered with brands such as Emami, K Hotels, Japan Open Chain, Tanukiverse, Nayaab World, and College Brand Connect, plans to use Avalanche’s Layer 1 blockchain to upgrade its QChain network. This move allows partner brands to run their own nodes, gain greater control over data, and receive token rewards to offset operational costs.

Devika Mittal, Regional Head at Ava Labs, said the partnership is part of Avalanche’s mission to create a transparent and trustworthy environment for marketing and engagement. “Loyal customers are an integral part of any for-profit business,” Mittal noted, adding that blockchain’s speed, cost efficiency, and transparency can significantly elevate loyalty programs.

A $500 Billion Market Ready for Disruption

Quboid’s Founder and CEO, Prakhar Sharma, emphasized that the goal is to make loyalty programs intelligent, decentralized, and more rewarding. “This is a major step toward reinventing loyalty programs from siloed cost centers into community-driven profit centers,” Sharma explained.

Industry research highlights the vast potential for tokenizing loyalty points, which already hold a global market value exceeding $500 billion, with $15.6 billion added each year. Despite their scale, loyalty points often remain locked in isolated systems, lacking liquidity and transparency—a challenge Avalanche and Quboid aim to solve through a unified blockchain ecosystem.
