Atlanta Whataburger Transforms Into ‘Wittaburger’ Celebrating All-Star Bobby Witt Jr.

As part of MLB All-Star Game weekend festivities, fast-food franchise giant Whatburger is activating a unique viral sponsorship with Kansas City Royals All-Star shortstop Bobby Witt, Jr.

From Thursday, July 10 to Wednesday, July 16, the Whataburger at 2955 Cobb Parkway in Atlanta is being transformed from Whataburger into a “Wittaburger” complete with outdoor signage, window decals, and standups of Witt, Jr. in a “Wittaburger” uniform. Along with that, the menu board will be updated and tray inserts featuring the All-Star will be done.

Along with the pop-up transformation, a billboard has been created with a split-screen view making “Wittaburger.”

For the menu update, it will feature Witt’s Whataburger fav, Sweet & Spicy Bacon Burger. Customers will also be able to order a “#7 Wittaburger Jr.” – just the burger, or a Wittaburger Jr. Whatameal that includes a burger, fries, and drink.

In 2024, Witt Jr. finished second in the American League MVP voting, with Aaron Judge winning the award. Witt had a strong season, leading the American League in batting average (.332) and hits (211), and also achieving a 30-30 season (30 home runs and 30 stolen bases).

For 2025, Bobby Witt, Jr. leads the AL in doubles (31), is 3rd in hits (109), 4th in runs (56), and in triples (3).
