Tangent
The International Campaign to Abolish Nuclear Weapons (ICAN) held a small protest in Geneva, Switzerland, following what many believe to be a brazen threat to use nuclear weapons from Putin if other powers intervene in Ukraine. The organization, which won a Nobel Peace Prize for its work to eliminate nuclear weapons, condemned the invasion and urged all countries to “not engage in any military activities involving nuclear weapons.”
