Trump Family’s World Liberty Finance (WLFI) to Launch on Ethereum Sept 1 — 20% Unlock, Two-Step Claim & Trading Start

COINOTAG News reported on August 23 that the Trump family’s project World Liberty Finance (WLFI) is scheduled to launch on the Ethereum mainnet on September 1, with tokens becoming available for claiming and trading. Trading is set to begin at 8 p.m. Beijing time on September 1.

The announcement specifies that early backers from the 0.015 and 0.05 USD rounds will have an initial 20% of their allocations unlocked, while the remaining 80% will be determined by a community vote. Allocations for the founding team, advisors and partners are indicated as not unlocking.

Claiming requires a two-step on‑chain procedure via the official website: prior to September 1 users must activate the locking contract to transfer WLFI into the unlocking contract, and from 8 p.m. Beijing time on September 1 users may submit the claim for the initial 20% of unlocked tokens.
