A large Ethereum holder, believed to be connected to staking infrastructure provider Arthapala, has offloaded over 118,000 ETH to centralized exchanges since mid-June—totaling roughly $202 million at an average price of $2,546.
The most recent transfer involved 4,120 ETH, worth approximately $12.2 million.
The selling activity comes amid growing excitement in Ethereum’s institutional investment landscape. Data from SoSoValue shows that spot ETH ETFs attracted $205 million in net inflows yesterday, marking the sixth straight day of positive momentum.
BlackRock’s ETHA led the surge with $137 million in daily net inflows, boosting its historical total to $6.29 billion. Grayscale’s Ethereum Mini Trust followed with $25.5 million, bringing its total inflow to $824 million.
Despite on-chain selling pressure, Ethereum continues to draw institutional capital, highlighting a complex tug-of-war between long-term adoption and short-term profit-taking.
