‘Wakanda Forever’ Dominates Box Office For Second Weekend In A Row

Black Panther: Wakanda Forever topped the weekend box office for the second time in a row, while She Said—the movie about the New York Times’ investigation into Harvey Weinstein—fell flat in its debut weekend.

After two weekends, Wakanda Forever has earned nearly $288 million at the domestic box office and over $546 million worldwide.

She Said—which stars Carey Mulligan and Zoe Kazan—was projected to make around $5 million, according to The Wrap.

Despite its low turnout, She Said has an 88% rating from critics on Rotten Tomatoes, and an 85% score from fans, and is considered to be a possible Best Picture nominee at the Oscars.

Another Best Picture possibility, Bones & All, earned just $120,000 in its limited domestic opening—it was shown in just five theaters before it opens more broadly this week, ahead of Thanksgiving.
