‘Virgin River’ Reaches Century Mark On Netflix’s Top 10 List

Many shows have dominated NetflixNFLX
over the past several years. But only a select few have spent at least 100 days on the Top 10 list. And today, we add another program to that elite but small list.

With today’s sixth-place finish, Virgin River becomes the seventh show to ever reached the century mark. And if we discount CoComelon—a show that has spent 624 days on the charts and largely dominates because of its stronghold on the children’s market—then Virgin River is just the sixth show to reach this milestone.

Here are the ten adult shows with the most Top 10 appearances ever:

As you can see, Virgin River will easily move into fifth place in a couple days. After that, the show will need to put together quite a streak to surpass Top 10 mainstays like Bridgerton and All American.

Virgin River’s second season captured 40 days on the charts between 2020 and 2021, while the third season spent 38 days on the Top 10. However, the third season was arguably more successful, as the show spent ten more days in the #1 position than season two did.

In total, Virgin River has held the first-place spot on the Top 10 for 35 total days—that’s the second-most ever behind Stranger Things at 42 days. Season 2 of Virgin River spent seven days in the top spot, while Season 3 captured 17 days and Season 3 nabbed 11 days.
